Normal check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is by 11:00 AM.

A security deposit will be negotiated at the time of rental.

Cancellations within 60 days of agreed rental period are subject to no refund of rent.  Prior to 60 days of agreed rental period is full refund.

Credits/Refunds

Security deposit will be refunded once phone bill and any damages are confirmed.  Usually 45 days or less.

Rental Agreement and Terms of Use

A rental agreement will be sent to prospective renters.  Fill out the rental agreement, sign it and return it with 50% of the total rent to reserve your date.  Return it to Long and Wilson, 21863 Meridian, Novi, Mi. 48375. Remainder of  the rent plus Security deposit are due 45 days prior to rented date .
